1) Wire Dia.: Φ0.8-1.6mm (The ellipticity of wire Dia. ≤0.005mm).

2) The spooling line speed is 0-20m/s for HRS2000, 0-25m/s for HRS2500, the actual work speed is affected by wire diameter and linearity.

3) The seemly specification of spool:

a) Plastic spool D270: Φ270×Φ150×90×Φ52 (Max dia. ×Min dia. ×inner width ×hole dia.), 15-20 kg/spool.

b) Plastic spool D300: Φ300×Φ200×90×Φ52 (Max dia. ×Min dia. ×inner width ×hole dia.), 15 kg/spool.

4) The loading and unloading spool are by manual, not by pneumatic elements.

5) The right flange up and down is by manual, not by pneumatic elements.

6) The braking of spool machine is by pneumatic cylinder.

7)The Clamping and loosening bobbin is by pneumatic elements.

8)The pay-off machine is driven by motor in the process of winding.

9)The braking of the pay-off machine is by pneumatic cylinder.
